The Estimate of Repair includes parts, labor , diagnosis, and any applicable taxes. If, on further inspection, additional parts or repairs are needed, you give us your authorization to perform needed repairs to return you vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle from fire, theft, accidents or any cause beyond our control. All tests will be made by our employees at your risk. I hereby give Lava's Auto Body permission to do the necessary repairs to my vehicle as they see fit. If for any reason the vehicle is left and not repaired, I agree to pay a daily storage fee. If you choose not to have the vehicle repaired after parts are ordered, you agree to any restocking fees that may apply, and also that some parts are not returnable. I also understand and approve of the use of aftermarket, recycled(LKQ) and/or reconditioned parts as per my insurance company guidelines. If I insist on using only O.E.M parts I will be responsible for the difference in price between the aftermarket and O.E.M. And must submit in writing my intentions before repairs can start on my vehicle.
